With two comfortable bar stools looking towards the living area.

Comfortable sofa and chair, colour TV and video, coffee table and book
shelves
Bedroom:
King size bed, wardrobe, chests and bedroom chair.
An additional fold away bed and a child’s cot can be provided if
required.

Corner shower, toilet and basin with shower point
All rooms:
Decorated and
furnished to a very high standard.
Outside:
Large raised patio area with garden furniture, plant tubs and a gas barbeque.
